VeriFacts Outstanding Quality
ACE Award Winners Honored
Newport Beach, CA, November
03, 2009 — The winners of VeriFacts Automotive’s
outstanding quality awards, known as the ACE Awards (Achievement
in Collision Repair Excellence), were presented at the 2009 Collision
Industry Achievement Awards Luncheon, held in conjunction with the
International Autobody Congress and Exposition (NACE).
The VeriFacts ACE Awards were established to recognize outstanding
performance from individual technicians and collision repair centers
committed to attaining higher repair quality as measured through
the VeriFacts Shop Coaching Program. To qualify for an ACE Award,
collision repair centers must participate in the VeriFacts Shop
Coaching Program for at least six months. The technician and shops
that scored highest in their respective categories were presented
the top award, with finalists being recognized with a certificate
of repair excellence.
The VeriFacts March Taylor Technician ACE Award was presented to
Jeff Mase of Collision Plus of Glen Carbon in Edwardsville, IL.
“Jeff is always eager to spend time with his coach. Jeff is
coachable, and he is maticulus in his attention to details and always
strives to improve his skill level,” stated Audie Swedeen,
Director of Operations. “Jeff has also been mentoring another
technician in the shop. He is dedicated to improving the industry
one vehicle at a time”.
The VeriFacts Repair Center ACE Award was presented to Marco’s
Auto Body in San Gabriel, CA. Mark Olson, Chief Operating Officer
of VeriFacts Automotive said. “Marco’s commitment to
excellence shows in every one of their shops and the San Gabriel
location is no exception. They are consistant in their repair practices,
integrity and doing the right thing, the first time. They consistently
score very high across the board in our monthly assessments. They
are a great organization and this shop is worthy of the award.”
