Minneapolis, MN, June 10,
2004 — ABRA Auto Body & Glass announced they
have selected VeriFacts™ Automotive to supplement and reinforce
the technical training and continuing education programs now offered
to their repair technicians. ABRA will utilize VeriFacts' customized
coaching services to disseminate information and work one-on-one
with ABRA’s repair technicians to strengthen their skills
in the latest repair technologies. Additionally, VeriFacts will
objectively measure ABRA’s repair quality and provide management
tools to assess and monitor monthly progress. This will begin as
a test in ABRA’s Utah market and, if successful, expand to
ABRA’s other markets.
“As we expand into new markets, it is imperative that we provide
a consistent, high quality repair experience to our customers,”
Tim Adelmann, ABRA's Chief Operating Officer said. "We want
every vehicle repaired correctly and done right the first time.
VeriFacts provides us an unbiased measure and management tools to
understand areas where we can improve our repair techniques and
therefore increase our CSI. VeriFacts’ monthly coaching ensures
our technicians are up-to-date on the best repair methods and procedures
available. The VeriFacts program is another step towards helping
us achieve our business objective of a perfect repair every time.”
Farzam Afshar, CEO of VeriFacts stated, "ABRA's commitment
to repair quality and customer satisfaction is evidenced by their
dedication to ongoing development and recalibration of their repair
technicians. ABRA is one of the few companies today that have implemented
steps to measure and monitor the repair quality produced by their
repair centers. We commend ABRA for taking action to guarantee that
their customers consistently receive the highest quality repairs.
