L. Schnier Joins VeriFacts
as Chief Information Officer
Newport Beach, CA, May 10,
2004 — Ms. Cynthia (Cindy) Schnier has joined the
management team of VeriFacts™ Automotive LLC as Chief Information
Officer. In this new role, Ms. Schnier will be responsible for designing
and implementing information technology solutions to automate the
workflow of VeriFact’s proprietary Shop Coaching Program and
to build robust management reporting solutions for VeriFacts’
customers.
Farzam Afshar, CEO of VeriFacts stated, “I am very excited
to bring someone with Cindy’s industry experience and expertise
to VeriFacts. She will be instrumental in helping VeriFacts achieve
our business objectives and growth projections for the extensive
suite of services we offer to collision repair and claims professionals.”
Ms. Schnier previously served as Chief Information Officer at Insurance
Auto Auctions and spent four years with CCC Information Services
where she served as Vice President responsible for Pathways®
collision estimating, digital imaging, recycled parts and numerous
management tools provided to insurers, collision repair shops and
other service providers. Ms. Schnier has also held leadership positions
within marketing, training, customer support and software engineering
in the manufacturing and publishing industries.
Ms. Schnier is currently President of CLAS Consulting and Co-Chair
of the Collision Industry Conference (CIC) Information Technology
Committee and the Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association
(CIECA) Salvage Committee. She received an MBA from the University
of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota and a BA in Computer Science
and Business Administration from Clarke College in Dubuque, Iowa. |
